Well, here we are! Today we open our doors and welcome in our first members to Complete Twit. So, what’s it all about?
Do you find yourself becoming increasingly frustrated with everyday life? When it comes to getting anything done, do you end up in a state of sheer exasperation? Do you find yourself astounded on a daily basis by the idiocy of the world around you — politicians, celebrities, the news, your next door neighbour… In short, are you turning into your father?
If, like us, you have come to the conclusion that the world is lacking a forum for us and everyone who shares the same realistic outlook on life in general, then this site is for you. Somewhere that you can make your views known, where you can exchange thoughts and comments with others on the same wavelength, before we all get tied up with red tape in an increasingly insane world. You may even elicit feedback suggesting a degree of sympathy and understanding whilst you are about it. To prevent us descending into a total slough of despond, we have wrapped it up in our own brand of humour (some might call it cynical — we prefer dry) coupled with a fair dose of realism and experience. A place to while away a few hours before facing the onslaught of the real world once more.
We look forward to hearing your views on life and your vote on what you think of the site. Create your own profile, use it for yourself or share it with others. Have a read of what everyone else is saying and even spread a little joy and happiness yourself. If nothing else, have fun at the expense of the world around you. No porn, no racism, no swearing — otherwise the world’s your lobster.
We’ll be using this blog as a way to communicate with you, our members, giving you the opportunity to shape the site and keep track of new features as they are launched, so stay tuned with our blog feed!
