Description

The Russian space shuttle Buran (Snowstorm) now languishing on a scrapheap in Bahrain - the programme was canceled after the collapse of the USSR.

    There is something very sad about it - surely it could be used for something. I would like to live in it or perhaps use it as a garden shed.

    I found it by chance - it was at an Australian aerospace park then brought here for the 2004ish Bahrain air show, now subject of a legal wrangle I believe. Wings & tail are laid out next to it. Would make a good themed bar perhaps...
