    The good old Telegraph. Never shy of poking the finger into Labour like a toddler with a birthday cake, but in this case I agree. It’s indicative of the whole public sector for me, where hard working people flail around in a shambolic culture that’s something akin to pushing custard up hill with your bare hands.

    As you say 'good old telegraph'- its always nice to know there are some things you can rely on.

    Have never tried pushing custard uphill-sounds like one to avoid!
