Labour donor reveals his identity

Talk about a lack of transparency-can we now believe where anything comes from??

listening to this 'donor' on Radio 4 this morning, he has apparently been giving these donations for years to the Labour party but didn’t know that it was illegal to give them by 'gifting' to a third party (with specific instructions as to where the donation was to end up!) !!! Did he pay IHT on these 'gifts’? He said he did not know it was illegal because he did not have the law book open in front of him. Did no one in the Labour party think to enlighten him?
